Mangla JIB Cranes

JIB cranes are usually self supported, pillar mounted and have a swiveling arm for lifting and shifting loads. They can be both electrically or manually operated. Our cranes are most suited for loading & unloading of jobs on machines or assembly station or from transport vehicles. Jib cranes are useful for “handing off” materials to adjacent workstations. They come in a variety of lifting capacities from 250 Kgs to 5000 Kgs with column heights up to 9 Mtr and arm lengths upto 9 Mtr.

Features of JIB Crane

  • Modern Design: Mangla JIB cranes offer state-of-art designs for everyday lifting and lowering of a load within a fixed arc of rotation. For instance, the wall-mounted JIB cranes are supported by brackets bolted on the wall or on existing column structure. We also provide electrical swiveling arms having variable speeds.
  • Top Performance: JIB arm is made from a light profile section and is supported on anti-friction thrust bearing to ensure long, trouble-free services. All cranes are designed to suit the requirements of our customers.
  • Tailor-make: We understand our customer’s business needs and customize the cranes as per the industry requirements.
  • Quality Products: Mangla JIB cranes have a specially fabricated JIB arm and robust pillar so that the increased section at the base provides excellent rigidity to the structure. Moreover, the pillar is designed to ensure minimum deflection at loaded conditions.
  • International Quality Standards: JIB Cranes are manufactured as per international / Indian standards IS: 15419. All the parts and components adhere to the above codes.

  • Rugged Mechanism: Mangla does not compromise with the standards and the quality of its products. All cranes are tested at 25% overload as per IS: 15419 at our works prior to despatch and comes with our Test Certificate. We have a specially designed test bed for Jib Cranes wherein they are erected and tested on load and overload with complete swiveling of arm. We also check the deflection, rotation, smooth swiveling, currents etc requests.
